Did you know that if the hard drive you have your programs installed is more than 75% full you won't be able to increase your computer's performance? Bit of a rip off isn't it? Windows like's at least 25% spare space on the hard drive to run effiently.
It's sad, but true. With an increasing amount of information being stored on your pc it is recommended that you have 2 hard drives. One to install your programs and one to store your music, video, documents etc etc. You can in fact have your hard drive partitioned but why bother.
